Demand Generation Manager Job Description Template

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B demand generation or integrated marketing experience
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and full-funnel marketing
  • Experience with paid media, content marketing, and event marketing
  • Data-driven with the ability to build dashboards and attribution reports

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a company with an ABM programme
  • Background in SaaS with ACV > $10k
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and revenue operations tooling
