Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience with 2+ years managing PMs
  • Track record of shipping and iterating on complex B2B SaaS products
  • Strong strategic thinking: able to set a clear vision and align a team around it
  • Excellent cross-functional influence and ability to manage up and down
  • Deep customer empathy and a structured approach to discovery

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a company that scaled from Series A to Series C
  • Background in adjacent markets: HR tech, fintech, or productivity SaaS
  • MBA or equivalent business education
