Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3–6 Product Managers
- Partner with engineering leadership on resource allocation, architecture, and delivery
- Drive alignment between product, sales, marketing, and customer success
- Lead product discovery at the strategic level: market research, competitive analysis, customer advisory boards
- Define product KPIs and build a culture of outcome-driven development
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with 2+ years managing PMs
- Track record of shipping and iterating on complex B2B SaaS products
- Strong strategic thinking: able to set a clear vision and align a team around it
- Excellent cross-functional influence and ability to manage up and down
- Deep customer empathy and a structured approach to discovery
Nice to Have
- Experience at a company that scaled from Series A to Series C
- Background in adjacent markets: HR tech, fintech, or productivity SaaS
- MBA or equivalent business education
