- Excellent communication and ability to give direct, actionable feedback
- Track record of developing engineers into senior or staff roles
Nice to Have
- Experience managing distributed or remote-first engineering teams
- Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Background in full-stack or platform engineering
