  • Experience leading complex employee relations cases and investigations
  • Excellent data literacy and ability to turn people metrics into business recommendations

Nice to Have

  • CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience at a rapidly scaling tech or SaaS company
  • Background in organisational development or L&D
