HR Director Job Description Template

- Ensure HR compliance across all jurisdictions where the company operates
- Champion DEI initiatives and build programmes that drive an inclusive culture
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in an HR leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of building people functions at a scaling tech company
- Deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle: TA, comp & ben, L&D, ER, OD
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with C-suite executives
- Experience managing an HR team of 3+ people
Nice to Have
- Experience taking a company through a Series B to Series C journey
- Background in international HR and multi-jurisdiction employment law
- CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP certification
