Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in an HR leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record of building people functions at a scaling tech company
  • Deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle: TA, comp & ben, L&D, ER, OD
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with C-suite executives
  • Experience managing an HR team of 3+ people

Nice to Have

  • Experience taking a company through a Series B to Series C journey
  • Background in international HR and multi-jurisdiction employment law
  • CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP certification
