Requirements
- 2+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, data, product) a strong plus
- Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Excellent candidate communication and relationship management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling hiring at a startup from seed to Series B
- Background in technical or executive search
- Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and structured interview design
