  • Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Excellent candidate communication and relationship management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling hiring at a startup from seed to Series B
  • Background in technical or executive search
  • Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and structured interview design
