Revenue Operations Manager Job Description Template

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (admin-level proficiency, ideally Salesforce Admin certified)
  • Strong analytical skills: SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with lead routing, lifecycle stage management, and attribution modelling
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and CS

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a company scaling from $5M to $50M ARR
  • Background in financial modelling and sales capacity planning
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub)
