Requirements

- Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social)
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe for creating graphics and short videos
- Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling performance data and optimising based on insights
Nice to Have
- Experience growing a LinkedIn company page from scratch
- Video editing skills (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Background in influencer partnerships or employee advocacy programmes
