  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — can tell compelling stories with data

Nice to Have

  • Background in cognitive psychology, HCI, or social science
  • Experience with eye-tracking or biometric research methods
  • Familiarity with Figma and ability to collaborate directly with designers
