UX Researcher Job Description Template

Requirements

- Strong qualitative research skills: discussion guides, thematic analysis, affinity mapping
- Experience with survey design and basic quantitative analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — can tell compelling stories with data
Nice to Have
- Background in cognitive psychology, HCI, or social science
- Experience with eye-tracking or biometric research methods
- Familiarity with Figma and ability to collaborate directly with designers
